Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC, operating Crunch Fitness franchises, seeks a Personal Training Director to lead the PT department and drive revenue and member retention. You will hire, train, and develop a team of Personal Trainers while upholding Crunch standards and ensuring exceptional member service.

You will manage staffing, schedules, and performance, and lead weekly meetings to align with company goals and maintain a high-performing, friendly gym culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in staff development.
• Experience in fitness industry and revenue growth a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Personal Trainers, ensuring high-performance team.
• Hire, train and develop staff to align with Crunch values and goals.
• Manage PT schedules and payroll within budgeted hours.
• Drive revenue and member retention through fitness services and supplements.
• Provide exceptional member service and fitness program guidance.
