Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and perform the full scope of a PT Director while continuing to serve Personal Training clients. You will help lead the department at your club location by developing trainers, driving revenue and enrollment, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

This role builds leadership, business, and operational capabilities geared toward advancing to a Personal Training Director, with accountability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; NASM or Crunch Fitness certification preferred.
• Experience in Personal Training or coaching services preferred; leadership development a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full PT Director role under supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design, and service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness requirements.
• Maintain personal client base and ensure client results and retention.
