Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to learn the full Director scope while continuing to personally train clients. You will help lead the department at the assigned club, develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and deliver an outstanding member experience, with goals to advance to PT Director.

This role emphasizes leadership development, coaching, and ensuring compliance, with opportunities for advancement and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or other Crunch Fitness approved).
• CPR and AED certification must be current.
• ClubConnect education requirements must be completed as established by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role under the direction of the PT Director.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1 sessions, providing direction toward goals.
• Coach Personal Trainers on session delivery, program design, client communication, and service standards.
• Complete all required leadership development coursework and Director-ready requirements.
• Maintain personal client base and deliver Personal Training sessions.
• Support department revenue objectives and local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance in company systems.

Education
