Job summary

Steno is seeking a data-driven Analytics/Operations professional to build the reporting backbone for Provider Operations. You will own the provider funnel metrics, dashboards, and forecasting, partnering with Recruiting, Calendar Operations, and leadership to turn context into actionable analysis.

You will develop tiering and quality frameworks, analyze retention and rate strategies, and present findings with clear recommendations to drive adoption and minimize risk.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics or operations experience in a marketplace or high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to build reporting that informs operational decisions.
• Proficient in SQL and modern BI tools; strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to translate complex analysis for non-analysts.

Responsibilities

• Build and own reporting backbone for Provider Operations, including funnel and rate strategy.
• Partner with Recruiting, Calendar Operations, and leadership to translate context into analysis.
• Own dashboards and recurring reports to reveal health of provider network.
• Develop reporter quality and tiering framework linking data to decisions.
• Forecast coverage and fill rate; flag risks by market.
• Analyze retention and rate strategy to reduce attrition.
• Handle ad hoc data requests across Provider Operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data to build scalable tools.
• Present findings to leadership and drive adoption.
