Steno seeks a Strategic Operations Manager to partner with the Director of Strategic Operations, turning data into decisions that drive scalable growth in a remote, full-time role. You will own insight generation, build dashboards, and lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize workflows and outcomes across the organization.

You will excel at translating complex data into actionable plans, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience combining analytics and project management at high-growth startups, banks, or consulting firms.
• Advanced data manipulation and visualization using Excel, Looker, and Tableau.
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with Looker or other BI tools.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle competing priorities and complex timelines.
• Curious mindset; use data and logic to explore and implement solutions.
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter with strong deadline discipline and initiative.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with rapid change.
• Bonus: Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran; Python or R; ML concepts; legal tech or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics-driven initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into action.
• Build and maintain dashboards that clearly tell the story of operational performance.
• Lead complex operational projects from conception to completion with timelines and accountable owners.
• Coordinate initiatives spanning multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Design and roll out process improvements and new workflows.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
• Present findings and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactively analyze business needs and coordinate with the Director of Strategic Operations on multiple initiatives.
