Bluestone Physician Services is seeking a hands-on, high-impact Manager of Reporting & Analytics to lead, optimize, and drive our analytics capabilities. As a working leader, you will manage a small team of analysts while embedding with operational leaders to transform data into actionable business intelligence.

The ideal candidate brings healthcare analytics expertise, strong statistical acumen, and experience leading analytics teams in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or data-related field; certifications preferred.
• 5+ years analytics experience; 1-2 years leading analytics teams.
• 3+ years healthcare analytics experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and BI tools (Looker preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 analysts.
• Perform hands-on analyses and build dashboards.
• Develop proactive data-driven strategies and predictive analytics.
• Champion AI/tools integration to accelerate insights.
