Job summary

Bluestone Physician Services is seeking a hands-on, high-impact Manager of Reporting & Analytics to lead, optimize, and drive our analytics capabilities. As a "working leader", you will combine tactical execution and team management with active, hands-on analytical problem-solving.

You will manage a dedicated small team of analysts while embedding directly with operational leaders to transform raw clinical, financial, and operational data into proactive business intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Data related field with relevant certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of professional analytics experience, with at least 1-2 years of leading analytics teams.
• 3+ years of dedicated analytics experience within the healthcare industry (provider groups, value-based care, senior living, or managed care preferred).
• Hands-on proficiency with modern data stack tools, including advanced SQL, BI platforms (Looker) and statistical packages/languages (Python or R).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 analysts, balancing workload and delivery standards.
• Perform complex analytics, data modeling, and presentation development.
• Transition analytics from reactive to proactive, predictive intelligence.
• Improve delivery pace with rapid-iteration methodologies.
• Partner with leadership to define data needs and goals.
• Translate workflows to data needs and drive data architecture changes.
• Drive data literacy and adoption of analytics tools across the organization.
• Support a data analytics strategy aligned with Bluestone's objectives.
