Job summary

Steno is seeking a data-driven operator to translate complex data into actionable initiatives across the business. You will build dashboards, conduct deep-dive analyses, and partner with leadership to drive strategic improvements in operations.

You will lead multiple cross-functional projects, manage timelines, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences. A background in consulting or legal tech and proficiency in SQL/Omni are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience pairing analytical rigour with hands-on operational ownership.
• Experience in management consulting and at a two-sided marketplace or legal tech preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, data manipulation and visualization.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools like Omni.
• Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in data to uncover insights driving strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that tell meaningful stories about performance.
• Lead complex operational projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across departments and stakeholders.
