Bluestone Physician Services is seeking a hands-on, high-impact Manager of Reporting & Analytics to lead a small team of analysts and drive data-driven decisions across clinical, financial, and operational domains.

You will partner with operational leaders, apply advanced analytics, and leverage modern AI tools to transform data into proactive insights for patients, members, and the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional analytics experience.
• Healthcare analytics experience 3+ years.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or data field; certifications preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Python/R, Looker.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 analysts.
• Perform hands-on analytics and data modeling.
• Drive proactive, predictive analytics.
• Accelerate delivery pace with rapid-iteration workflows.
• Partner with leadership to define data needs and KPIs.
• Develop self-service BI dashboards and governance.
