Optum is seeking a Healthcare Analytics professional to deliver high-quality analyses and standardized reporting. You will work with SAS, SQL, Tableau and Power BI to support pricing, reimbursement, and network strategy across markets.

You will partner with contracting, finance, actuarial, operations, and leadership to translate data into actionable recommendations and to build scalable dashboards that drive cost containment and performance improvements.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in healthcare finance, analytics of large claim datasets.
• Experience with FFS, Shared Risk and CMS reimbursement concepts.
• Strong command of SAS/SQL/Tableau/Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large healthcare datasets using SAS and monitor costs and trends.
• Develop interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards for network strategy.
• Ensure pricing and reporting methods are accurate and transparent.
• Support pricing models and contract negotiations with financial impact analysis.
• Develop SQL queries, analytics models, and automated reports.
• Collaborate with contracting, finance, actuarial, and leadership teams.
