Job summary

ZERO seeks a Senior Provider Experience Relationship Manager to work remotely in the United States. You will support healthcare providers through onboarding, handle escalations with empathy, and manage ongoing requirements to help our teams deliver core services while achieving employer cost-saving goals.

You will collaborate with multiple internal teams and leverage CRM and analytics to improve workflows, negotiate with providers, and enhance the overall member experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding.
• Understanding of claims processing and bundled payments.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and support network providers through streamlined processes.
• Address provider issues and escalations with empathy and efficiency.
• Manage ongoing provider requirements and provider relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve cost-saving outcomes for employer partners.
