Spring Health, a global mental health company, is seeking a Manager, Provider Recruiting to lead a high-impact domestic provider network and optimize recruiting at scale. This fully remote role partners with analytics, customer success, and operations to balance launches, member needs, and cost-of-scaling.

You’ll coach a recruiting team, drive AI-enabled workflows, ensure credentialing standards, and deliver on hiring throughput for multiple geographies and specialties.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with 2+ years in management.
• Proven high-volume healthcare recruitment background.
• Strong collaboration with analytics, customer success and operations.
• Experience implementing AI tools to improve workflows and metrics.
• Excellent communication and leadership in a fully remote environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end Provider recruitment to support forecasted demand.
• Balance rapid launches with member needs and expansion plans.
• Partner with Analytics, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.
• Scale provider network coverage with focus on quality and continuity.
• Oversee recruiter capacity, pipelines, and throughput.
• Implement AI tools and automated workflows across recruiting cycle.
• Optimize candidate routing and reduce process cycle times.
• Coach and develop team members and set performance expectations.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and credentialing handoff.
