Job summary

Spring Health seeks a Manager, Provider Recruiting to lead strategic recruitment initiatives and build a high-quality domestic Provider network at scale. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, partner with analytics, CS, and implementations, and mentor a team in a fully remote environment.

In this role you’ll drive cost-efficient growth, integrate AI workflows into recruiting, ensure credentialing compliance, and support new customer launches while traveling 1–2 weeks per year for offsites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Healthcare or Provider recruitment experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with analytics, customer success, and operations teams.
• Experience implementing AI tools in daily workflows to draft SOPs, streamline communications, and scale throughput.
• Strong analytical skills to track and translate recruiting metrics into insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
• Ability to travel 1–2 weeks per year for offsites.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Provider recruitment to support forecasted demand and launches.
• Balance competing priorities with guidance from senior leadership.
• Partner with Analytics, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to align capacity with requirements.
• Scale provider network coverage focusing on quality and continuity of care.
• Oversee recruiter capacity, sourcing strategies, and pipelines across geographies and specialties.
• Implement AI tools and automated workflows across recruiting lifecycle to increase throughput.
• Optimize candidate routing and reduce cycle times.
• Directly coach, develop, and mentor team members with clear performance expectations.
• Ensure adherence to provider compliance, quality standards, and credentialing handoff protocols.
