Spring Health, a global mental health company, seeks a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Provider Marketing team. This full-time, fully remote role drives lifecycle campaigns that engage, retain, and activate our worldwide provider network from onboarding to long-term engagement.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle programs, design multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, in-app), and partner with Product, Clinical Ops, and Data to align messaging and boost outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in lifecycle/retention marketing in healthcare or marketplace.
• Proven multi-channel campaign leadership from strategy to execution.
• Experience with segmentation, personalization, and testing.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics (Iterable).
• Advanced AI fluency for drafting, stress-testing and prompts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.

• Own end-to-end lifecycle programs for provider engagement and retention.
• Design multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app messaging.
• Partner with Product, Clinical Operations, and Data for aligned experiences.
• Use data and experimentation to continuously improve messaging and delivery.
• Build scalable segmentation and journey strategies for provider needs.
• Develop AI-enabled marketing workflows to accelerate GTM velocity.
