Job summary

Spring Health is a global mental health company seeking a Senior Director of Provider Experience Operations. This remote role leads provider support, enablement, and performance programs across Spring Health and Alma networks.

You will use data and frontline insights to reduce friction, drive adoption of new tools, and strengthen provider engagement and retention at scale. A strong track record in healthcare operations is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare operations, provider operations, or related field.
• Proven ability to scale provider satisfaction, engagement, retention, and performance.
• Deep understanding of provider workflows enabling sustainable practices.
• Experience leading large-scale support, enablement, and change-management programs.
• Strong cross-functional influence with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Ops teams.
• Demonstrated use of AI/automation to improve support experiences and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the provider experience strategy across Spring Health and Alma networks.
• Identify moments that matter in the provider journey and remove friction.
• Represent provider voice using data, feedback, and frontline insights to influence priorities.
• Build mechanisms to measure provider sentiment and translate into priorities.
• Lead provider support operations and expand self-service and AI-enabled support.
• Own provider enablement, change management, and adoption of new tools and policies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, and Ops to design scalable experiences.
• Develop programs to help providers grow practices and engage with networks.
• Strengthen provider engagement and retention across networks.
• Lead provider performance programs with coaching, feedback loops, and interventions.
• Identify drivers of satisfaction and translate into actionable improvements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
