Job summary

OncoHealth is seeking a Sr Provider Relations Specialist to drive adoption of digital prior authorization platforms. You will build strong relationships with physician partners, coordinate onboarding and training, and support ongoing optimization across practices and health plans.

You will lead webinars, develop training materials, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve provider workflows and data quality. Remote work options are available nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary provider-facing engagement and training resource.
• Onboard, implement, and train provider practices on digital prior authorization platforms.
• Develop presentations and materials for provider training.
• Lead webinars and provider meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve workflows and provider experience.
