Job summary

Spring Health is a global mental health company seeking a Senior Director, Provider Experience Operations to shape provider experience strategy, retention, and network performance. This remote role will drive provider support, enablement, engagement, and performance programs across Spring Health and Alma, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare operations or provider experience, with leadership experience.
• Proven success building programs that improve provider satisfaction, engagement, retention, and performance at scale.
• Deep understanding of provider workflows and what enables clinicians to build sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Define provider experience strategy across Spring Health and Alma networks.
• Identify moments that matter in the provider journey and reduce friction.
• Influence priorities, policies, and workflows using data and frontline insights.
• Build systems to measure provider sentiment and drive improvements.
• Lead provider support, enabling self-service and AI-enabled assistance.
• Own enablement and change management for new products and workflows.
