Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic ProServe Account Executive (PAE) within the Healthcare and Life Sciences team.

You will own end-to-end responsibility for cultivating relationships with one or more of our largest, most strategic HCLS accounts globally. You will collaborate with executive customers to shape technology transformation programs (AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI, IT modernization, cloud migration) and drive programs from origination to delivery, partnering with ProServe delivery

Qualifications

Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud technology.
5+ years of technology sales or account management experience.
5+ years of Healthcare and Life Sciences experience in Pharma, Medtech and/or Payer segments in North America.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic account plans with AWS Industries sales colleagues aligned to ProServe HCLS strategy.
Lead end-to-end business development for scope accounts by cultivating customer relationships and shaping opportunities from origination through proposals, contracting and delivery launch.
Innovate ProServe delivery models to deliver high value for customers through novel arrangements and programmatic designs.
Share evolving customer insights with relevant AWS teams to inform solution and ProServe priorities.
Monitor active projects to ensure delivery of customer business outcomes (CBOs).
