The Senior Specialist will collaborate with global SMEs to assess customer requirements and create high-quality proposals for clinical and commercial projects across Biologics and Drug Product offerings.

The role partners with Sales & BD and requires strong technical fit assessments, pricing input, and efficient proposal execution,

Qualifications

• Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing understanding.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-discipline with high-quality results and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a matrix-team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours.
• Proficient in MS Word and/or MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs and discuss with prospective Customers to ensure technical understanding and appropriate proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, GMP manufacturing for Biologics and Drug Product.
• Support revising scope with SMEs and drive the program from proposal to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales & Business Management to ensure profitability.
• Understand and incorporate contractual terms with strong proposal development skills.
• Proactive proposal pipeline management and delivery.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunity funnel.
