Job summary

ProSource Land Services is seeking a Senior Proposal & Pursuit Manager to own the proposal and qualifications function across diverse infrastructure projects.

You will lead development from opportunity through final submission, coordinate executives and SMEs, craft persuasive content, and ensure high standards in formatting and graphics.

This role is remote-friendly within the United States, with occasional travel and a base salary of $105,000–$130,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in proposal development, proposal management, pursuit management, or A/E/C marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to transform technical information and SME input into clear, persuasive client-facing content.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; strong graphic design capabilities are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development from initial opportunity through final submission.
• Coordinate input from executive leadership, project managers, technical staff, and other SMEs.
• Develop proposal strategies, schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, assignments, and production plans.
• Write, edit, and develop compelling proposal narratives and graphics.
