Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, developing schedules and compliance matrices, and ensuring high-quality submissions aligned with strategic objectives.

The role requires 12+ years of relevant federal proposal experience or 8+ years with a Master’s degree, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex proposals for federal government agencies.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and related procurement regulations.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance and travel up to 10% for on-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal development process from kickoff to final delivery, ensuring milestones are met.
• Collaborate with capture managers, technical SMEs, pricing, partners, and compliance officers to gather proposal content.
• Develop schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and mock-ups for proposals.
• Ensure full compliance with RFP requirements, formatting, and submission guidelines.
• Oversee proposal review processes (Pink/Red Team) and incorporate feedback.
• Manage production and timely submission of final proposals.
