Amentum is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager for the Intelligence & Cyber Business Unit in a US-Remote-Telework capacity. You will lead and manage compliant, compelling proposals for federal RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitations, coordinating cross-functional teams across capture, technical, pricing, and compliance domains.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large federal proposals.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and procurement processes.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development from kickoff to delivery.
• Collaborate with capture, technical SMEs, pricing, partners, and compliance.
• Develop schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices.
• Ensure strict adherence to RFP formats and guidelines.
• Oversee Pink/Red Team reviews and finalize submissions.
• Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement.
