Zusammenfassung

Amentum is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager for the Enterprise Proposal Center to lead the development of compliant, compelling federal proposals in response to RFPs and RFIs. This role is a US‑Remote‑Telework position requiring US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

You will coordinate with capture managers, technical experts, SMEs, pricing, partners, and compliance, manage Pink Team and Red Team processes, ensure on-time delivery, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex proposals for federal government agencies.
• Comprehensive understanding of federal procurement processes and related regulations (FAR/DFARS).
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to travel to on-site meetings for active proposals up to 10%.

Aufgaben

• Lead the proposal development process from kickoff to submission.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and write proposal content (capture managers, SMEs, pricing, partners, compliance).
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and mock-ups.
• Ensure proposals comply with RFP requirements, format, content, and submission guidelines.
• Oversee Pink Team and Red Team processes and drive revisions for improvements."
• Oversee production and timely submission of final proposal documents.
• Monitor proposal status, issues, and risks to senior management.
• Mentor and train junior proposal staff to enhance capability.
