Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead enterprise proposal efforts for the Intelligence & Cyber Business Unit in a US-remote telework role. The role demands guiding bid content, cross-functional collaboration, and strict compliance with FAR/DFARS.

US citizenship and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance are required. Ideal candidate brings 12+ years’ experience (or 8+ with a Master’s) in managing large federal proposals, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex proposals for federal government agencies.
• Experience with FAR and DFARS regulations.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for on-site meetings.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal development process from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring milestones are met.
• Collaborate with capture managers, technical SMEs, pricing, partners and compliance officers to gather content.
• Develop schedules, outlines, compliance matrices and mock-ups for proposals.
• Ensure full compliance with RFP requirements, formats and submission guidelines.
• Oversee Pink Team and Red Team processes and integrate feedback.
• Coordinate production and timely submission of final proposal documents.
• Monitor status, issues and risks and brief senior management as needed.
• Conduct post-submission debriefings and capture lessons learned.
