Progress Residential is seeking a Service Manager to lead the open service jobs and preventative maintenance for our occupied single-family homes. This role provides daily leadership over a regional team, guiding internal execution and coordination with vendors to ensure high resident satisfaction.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and compliance with HUD/HQS standards while controlling costs and improving lease occupancy. Strong communication and multi-site management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in service, operations and maintenance management.
• EPA refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage service jobs and preventative maintenance across assigned area.
• Review vendor pricing, approvals, and invoices for completed work.
• Provide technical support to service technicians for proper diagnosis and repair.
• Ensure training is completed timely for all team members.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and timely responses to requests.
