Progress Residential, LLC, a leading property manager of single-family rental homes nationwide, seeks a Service Manager to lead the management of service jobs and preventative maintenance for occupied homes. You will oversee a team and coordinate with vendors to deliver timely, high-quality service.

This role requires strong communication, vendor management, and knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and HUD/HQS compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing service, operations and maintenance in multi-family, single family, military housing or equivalent.
• EPA certified to handle refrigerants.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Flexible hours including some weekends/evenings.
• Ability to review cost estimates and scopes of work.

Responsabilités

• Manage service jobs and preventative maintenance for occupied homes to ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Oversee local vendors and contractor pricing, and approve invoices for completed work.
• Provide technical support to service technicians for diagnosis and repair of service jobs.
• Ensure training is completed and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate Housing Choice Program properties for compliance.
