Progress Residential is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service, operations and maintenance for occupied single-family homes across an assigned region. You will supervise open service jobs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely responses to resident requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing service, operations and maintenance in multi-family or similar settings.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; EPA refrigerant certification.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills; able to schedule multiple contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage service jobs to ensure timely resident requests are resolved.
• Review vendor quotes, pricing, and invoices for completed work.
• Provide technical support to service technicians for repairs.
• Oversee semi-annual home inspections to improve satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housing programs and HUD regulations as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with health and safety rules.
