The role requires six-plus years in property management, three years in supervision, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six years in the property management industry.
• Three years of supervisory experience including budgets, accounting, and performance management.
• Experience with Public Housing, Project-based Voucher, Tax Credit, and Section 8 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations at multiple locations, ensuring revenue collection and expense management.
• Develop and administer operating and capital expense budgets and oversee major capital projects.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of staff across properties.
• Ensure compliance with housing programs and regulatory requirements across properties.
• Maintain tenant relations and coordinate repairs/maintenance requests.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis; monitor compliance and documentation.
