The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and compliance capabilities, with a focus on applying asset management best practices across multiple communities in the region.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or finance preferred.
• Experience managing budgets and assets in multi-property portfolios.
• Knowledge of affordable housing compliance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Owns annual operating budget for asset or portfolio.
• Oversees occupancy, rent strategy, and lease administration.
• Directs maintenance, risk management, and capital projects.
• Leads on-site teams and supervises staff.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, local rules.
