Job summary

MRK Property Management LLC is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee all facets of property operations across multiple locations in New Jersey. You will lead revenue collection, expense control, and compliance while directing budgets, capital projects, and resident relations.

Role requires six years in property management and three years of supervisory experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum six years in property management.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience including budgeting and hiring/performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of property operation across multiple locations.
• Ensure revenue collection and expense management align with budgets.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and funding requirements.
• Develop and administer operating and capital budgets and monitor performance.
• Coordinate talent hiring and staff training across properties.
• Foster resident relations and coordinate repairs/maintenance requests.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and variance analyses.
