Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a senior Property Manager to oversee multi-site operations, coach Property Managers, and ensure consistent performance across properties. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, and resident services while maintaining compliance standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring occupancy and budgets, preparing management reports, and driving process improvements. Travel between sites is required to support operations and leadership across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in property management with supervisory or multi-site responsibility.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, leasing, budgeting, and affordable-housing compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Yardi or comparable systems.
• Strong leadership, customer-service, and time-management skills.
• Ability to travel between properties and lead on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Property Managers and Assistants, review workload and performance.
• Monitor occupancy, rent collection, budgets, maintenance, and inspections across sites.
• Support audit and compliance readiness with documentation and follow-up.
• Resolve escalated resident, vendor, and staff issues using standard procedures.
• Prepare portfolio reports and identify performance improvements.
