Birge & Held Group LLC is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple multifamily communities, supervising Property Managers and site staff, and ensuring strong cash flow and customer satisfaction across the portfolio. You will report to the Regional VP of Property Management and help drive financial performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple apartment communities or portfolios.
• Strong understanding of NOI and cash flow analysis.
• Proven leadership of supervisory teams and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Property Managers and site staff across assigned communities.
• Ensure properties achieve satisfactory cash flow and are well maintained.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and marketing plans; monitor KPIs.
