Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a General Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, partnering with senior leaders to ensure consistent operations and client satisfaction. The role includes directing property managers, leasing teams, and maintenance staff to optimize performance.

You will drive budgets, forecasting, reporting, and marketing initiatives while maintaining a high standard of service and a positive living environment. Regular travel between properties is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Property Management experience.
• 5+ years of Management experience.
• Must be able to travel to multiple properties regularly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned portfolio.
• Partner with Asset Manager and Regional Property Manager for consistency.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Lead and develop on-site teams including leasing, maintenance, and management staff.
• Ensure high resident satisfaction and renewals through proactive service.
