Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum six years in the property management industry.
• At least three years in a supervisory role with budgeting, accounting, and staffing responsibilities.
• Experience with Public Housing, Project-based Voucher, Tax Credit, and Section 8 is highly preferred.
• Schedule flexibility based on business needs.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all facets of property operation across multiple locations.
• Ensure revenue collection and expense management align with policies.
• Manage resident relations and maintenance requests at each property.
• Develop and administer operating and capital budgets.
• Forecast and oversee major capital projects (HVAC, roofing, parking).
• Review financial statements and address variances.
• Maintain compliant property records and documentation.
• Coordinate interviews and hire qualified staff with regional leadership.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and fair housing regulations.
