Morgan Properties seeks a Senior Property Manager to lead operations for two or more apartment communities and assume Regional Manager responsibilities for at least one asset. You will drive financial performance, resident services, and team leadership across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7–10 years of related property management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple properties and supervising teams.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and operational controls knowledge.
• Property Manager License and/or Real Estate License as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all activities of the properties in your portfolio to meet financial objectives.
• Oversee on-site personnel, leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement budgets, capital expenditures, and financial reporting.
• Manage rent collections, delinquencies, deposits, and legal actions per law.
• Lead leasing operations, renewals, and resident communications to boost retention.
• Coordinate maintenance and capital improvements and ensure safety compliance.
