AGPM, LLC seeks a Property Manager in Michigan with LIHTC/Section 8 experience to oversee a multifamily community and ensure compliant operations. You will manage work orders, tenant files, and inspections while driving resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in property management, strong Yardi and MS Office skills, and excellent communication in English and Spanish for residents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have tax credit (LIHTC) and Section 8 experience.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs and requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in Yardi required.
• Experience in multifamily property management in an administrative role.

Responsabilités

• Operational oversight of the community, monitoring work orders and resident concerns.
• Complete property inspections and manage/quality control turnover.
• Maintain waiting list, approve/reject applications, and bi-weekly payroll.
• Answer phones, digitize documents, generate mailings and tenant notices.
