Gateway Management seeks an experienced Property Manager for our apartment community to oversee daily operations, compliance, and financial performance. You will supervise office and maintenance staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely turnover of units while maintaining a safe living environment for residents.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, customer service, and marketing outreach skills, with 2 years of property management experience including LIHTC exposure.

Qualifications

• 2 years of property management experience with LIHTC experience is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, tax credit compliance and fair housing practices.

Responsibilities

• Meet occupancy, rent collection, and expense goals.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and assign staff.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and fair housing laws.
• Oversee maintenance and vendor coordination and unit turnover.
• Maintain a safe living environment and strong resident relations.
• Post rents and monitor resident accounts; enforce lease terms.
