Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to ensure a safe, welcoming community.
• Drive occupancy goals through effective leasing and retention strategies.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance and accurate resident files and reporting.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, and financial performance.
• Lead on-site team supervision, training, and performance development.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor management, and community relations.
