Monroe Group is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable PBS8/LIHTC communities across multiple states. The role emphasizes mentoring onsite staff, strong problem-solving, and leadership to maintain high-quality housing and strong customer service.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, monitor KPI goals, and ensure compliance while leveraging MS Office, Google Apps, and Yardi for property operations. Occasional travel and a full-time schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Affordable Housing Apartment Operations.
• Ability to mentor and develop onsite staff.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Marketing savvy with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Apps knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dynamic property team.
• Develop and manage property budgets.
• Ensure KPI goals: Occupancy, Collections, Compliance, Turn-Times, Asset and Budget management.
• Evaluate property performance via quarterly audits.
• Ensure Safe, Decent, and Sanitary housing for residents.
