Job summary

Rose Associates Inc. in New York City seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead operations, maximize occupancy, and optimize financial performance across multifamily assets.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with leasing, compliance, accounting, and other teams, and mentor Resident Managers and staff. On-site role requiring strong communication, vendor management, budgeting, and the ability to respond to issues after hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or finance (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of multifamily residential property management experience.
• Proficiency with property management software including Yardi, RentCafe, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with owners, upper management, and partners to enhance client satisfaction and operations.
• Communicate with residents to address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with compliance, leasing, and accounting teams and review lease packages.
• Lead, train, and schedule Resident Managers, office, building, and leasing staff to foster teamwork.
• Negotiate service contracts and oversee capital improvements with the Resident Manager.
