Job summary

Rose Associates Inc. in New York City seeks a seasoned Community Manager to oversee leasing, resident satisfaction, and financial performance across multifamily properties.

You will lead a team, coordinate marketing initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets while maximizing occupancy and property value. On-site presence required, with weekend availability and strong communication with tenants and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of multifamily residential community management experience.
• Proficient with community management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid NYS real estate license or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• Available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activity and optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and handle complaints promptly.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital projects, and vendor contracts.
• Lead and develop staff, enforce policies, and ensure safety.
