Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in maintenance and staff management.
• Experience opening a new construction/lease-up building.
• Proficient with mechanical systems and cost-effective solutions.
• Licensed in required certificates (S12, S-13, S-95, P-99) and EPA 608.
• Strong communication with staff, property teams and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and oversee staff performance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with audits.
• Oversee vendor quotes, scheduling, and contractor performance.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control with management reports.
• Respond to emergencies; ensure safety protocols are followed.
