Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building and grounds meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role handles work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks, and inspections.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, maintaining supplies, documenting work, and supporting safety programs while adapting to weather and physical demands. EPA certifications are required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recovery certifications required (Type 1 and II or Universal).
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance to meet safety and code standards.
• Complete make-ready tasks for new move-ins including inspections and punch lists.
• Assist in safety and risk management inspections and ensure quality on contractor work.
