Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

You will perform preventive maintenance, complete work orders, assist in the make-ready process, and support cost-control initiatives while following safety policies. EPA certifications and a valid driver’s license are required, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policies and codes.
• Completes make-ready by inspecting, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are completed for new move-ins.
• Tracks materials, re-orders, and notifies maintenance about inventory needs.
• Completes documentation for service requests so they can be tracked.
• Maintains grounds and amenities by cleaning, painting curbs, and pressure-washing areas.
• Supports cost-control by repairing components rather than replacing parts when possible.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
