Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repair, and make-ready tasks at our properties. You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, and ensure adherence to safety policies and codes while maintaining common areas and grounds.

This role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license for property operations, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and inspect completed work.
• Track inventory and request reorders as needed; document work orders accurately.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing instead of replacing parts where feasible.
