Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep across interiors, exteriors, and common areas. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality service for residents and the community.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, completing make-ready tasks for vacant units, and maintaining safety standards. A valid EPA certification and hands-on experience are preferred; employment offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trades.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine maintenance.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections and scheduling.
• Maintains grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Inspects work by others and contractors for quality and adherence to specs.
• Maintains inventory of parts and tools and assists with budget compliance.
• Participates in monthly preventative maintenance tasks and safety trainings.
