Job summary

Greystar is seeking a skilled Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This role performs routine maintenance, handles work orders, and supports make-ready processes for new move-ins.

Expect to work on-site with opportunities to contribute to cost-control efforts, safety programs, and quality assurance while complying with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins.
• Obtains materials and coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, performs cleaning and painting as required.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing where possible.
