• Ability to perform make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects or problems in properties and perform repairs per safety standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant homes, including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory and request re-orders; maintain materials and tools.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assist in grounds and common areas maintenance.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
