Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and mechanical work across the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, and perform preventatives in accordance with safety standards and code requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing vacants for leasing, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory, and supporting cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• State and local certifications as required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Perform make-ready prep for vacant apartments and punch list items.
• Track materials, inventory, and coordinate with maintenance supervisor.
• Document service activities accurately for record-keeping.
• Assist in grounds care and general cleaning as needed.
