Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical condition, appearance, and efficiency of our property, delivering safe and attractive living environments for residents. You will handle service requests, routine repairs, and turnover tasks with a focus on quality and courtesy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
• EPA Section 608 Certification Type II or Universal.

Responsibilities

• Timely, accurate completion of resident service requests.
• Perform routine, preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance repairs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff and guests to address concerns.
• Participate in apartment turnovers and renovations.
• Keep areas safe, tidy and free of debris; maintain logs.
• Provide guidance to Maintenance Apprentices & Porters.
• Respond to emergencies and complete required trainings.
• Support other communities as assigned.
